My name is Kent, I'm 20 years old, an artist, cosplayer, and I enjoy video games, anime, manga, and many different things. My favorite anime series are One Piece, Black Cat, Kaze no Stigma, Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040, and Pokemon. My favorite manga series are Black Cat, Naruto, One Piece, Tegami Bachi, Psyren, and NORA: The Last Chronicle of Devildom. I used to really like Bleach, but kind of lost interest in that...
I've been a fan of anime and manga for about seven or eight years. My first exposure to manga would be the first issue of the American version of Shonen Jump back in 2003, so I guess I've been into manga for about ten years. I've liked anime for a while I suppose since I was a fan of Pokemon, Digimon, and other anime series that aired on Saturday mornings. XD
I started attending anime conventions in 2007 or 2008. I didn't start cosplaying at conventions until maybe 2010, though. My first cosplay was a bought Shinigami robe from Bleach. Then I slowly started working on my own cosplays. I have made T.K. Takaishi from Digimon Adventure 02 and a humanized Chibiterasu from OkamiDen so far. I'm currently working on Gaius from Fire Emblem: Awakening. :3

The Year of 2013

Heh. It's been a while since my last journal entry I suppose. XD I have been busy with a lot of things since I started my break between my two college semesters for this school year. I've been rearranging my room, building a bookshelf and a dresser, reading a lot of books, and watching anime. XD
The books that I have been reading recently are Witch & Wizard, Witch & Wizard: The Gift, and Witch & Wizard: The Fire all by James Patterson, The Silver Linings Playbook by Matthew Quick, which is the book that the movie Silver Linings Playbook directed by David O. Semester Coming to a Close

So my third semester of college is coming to an end in a few days. I have two finals that I need to take. One for Film Appreciation and another for College Math. I'm just glad that I just have these two finals left, but they're my biggest worries as well. :-/
Once the semester ends, I'll be rearranging my room again to make room for a new dresser, bookcase, and media case. I have a very small room(10x15), so it will be interesting to see how that goes...It will be nice to have a place to put some things that I have lying around since they take up some space.
